("LSV," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms apply to all LSV brands and educational experiences, including but not limited to The Confidence Blueprint™, Confidence Is Capital™, Summer Retreat, and any other educational programs, digital resources, workshops, or events offered by LSV.

1. Educational Purpose & Professional Disclaimer

Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. ("LSV") provides educational content, workshops, live events, digital resources, online learning experiences, and related educational programming. All LSV educational programs (including The Confidence Blueprint™, Confidence Is Capital™, Summer Retreat, workshops, digital resources, and associated learning materials) are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.

LSV does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, brokerage, financial advisory, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or mental health services. Nothing provided through our websites, mobile applications, digital resources, workbooks, online lessons, workshops, live events, or community programming should be interpreted as professional advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified licensed professional.

 

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results arising from your participation in our educational programs. We encourage you to consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding your individual legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional needs.

LSV does not offer licensed mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or medical care.

2. Community Impact Program Scope

The Confidence Blueprint Community Impact Program operates through voluntary collaborations with corporate sponsors and independent community organizations, including schools, youth initiatives, faith-based entities, and nonprofits.

Participation in or engagement with this program does not guarantee:

​

Specific financial, organizational, or fundraising milestones.

Employment placement, corporate contracts, or career advancement.

Academic scholarships, institutional funding, or state grant approvals.

Specific personal transformation outcomes or psychological results.

Participating Impact Partners operate as entirely independent entities and are not employees, legal partners, agents, or authorized representatives of LSV.

3. Payments, Billing, and Refund Policy
​
All financial transactions initiated on our website (including individual workbook purchases, program sign-ups, or custom sponsorship packages) are securely managed and processed by independent, specialized third-party merchant providers. Transactions are routed through Wix Payments, which seamlessly supports card processing (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay Later, and Venmo. We may also utilize Stripe or QuickBooks Online for specific campaign checkouts. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your purchase.

Digital Products: Because digital educational resources (including downloadable workbooks, templates, guides, videos, and online learning materials) are made available immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Live Events & Workshops: Registration fees for live events, workshops, and educational experiences are subject to the cancellation and transfer policy provided at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, registration fees are non-refundable; however, LSV may, at its sole discretion, permit a transfer of registration or issue event credit under certain circumstances.

Coaching & Consulting: Fees paid for coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, or similar professional services are non-refundable once services have been delivered or have commenced, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Sponsorship Contributions Transparency

Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. may offer sponsorship, advertising, exhibitor, promotional, and partnership opportunities in connection with its educational programs, live events, workshops, digital resources, Community Impact Program initiatives, and other business activities.

​

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, sponsorship fees and promotional partnership payments represent standard commercial business transactions in exchange for marketing, advertising, educational support, brand visibility, event participation, or other agreed-upon business benefits.

​

Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. is a for-profit corporation and is not a registered nonprofit organization or charitable trust.

​

Unless explicitly documented in writing by an authorized third-party 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, payments made directly to Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

​

Sponsors and purchasers are solely responsible for consulting their own tax, legal, or accounting advisors regarding the tax treatment of any sponsorship, advertising, promotional, or partnership payments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
​
All proprietary content, original branding, frameworks, digital layouts, workbooks, video modules, graphics, lesson structures, trademarks, and trade dress associated with Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. remain the exclusive intellectual property of LSV.

​

No portion of our websites, applications, published materials or proprietary digital resources may be copied, modified, reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially exploited without our express prior written consent.

​

No Access Sharing: Access licenses granted to explore digital modules, interactive toolkits, or premium tracking resources are uniquely tied to your single user registration. You are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials or redistributing restricted download links.

6. Testimonials & Media Release
​
By voluntarily submitting text testimonials, sharing breakthrough metrics, or participating in virtual community events and workshops, you grant Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize your words, profile photos, workshop video snippets, name, and general likeness for promotional, educational, and brand marketing purposes across our digital footprint, unless you explicitly request a restriction in writing.

7. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
​
You agree to engage respectfully, ethically, and constructively within all associated website spaces, communication fields, and event pages. LSV reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access or permanently delete submitted materials, without warning or refund, that we deem to be:

Harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening to other users or staff.

Sexually explicit, discriminatory, or hateful.

Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or designed to spam users.

Violating the intellectual property rights of LSV or any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees

We believe authentic confidence is built through deliberate action, tracking, and personal execution. However, individual outcomes vary significantly based on personal background, effort, and external environments. LSV gives no warranties and makes no guarantees of any kind regarding specific personal growth, career advancement, financial improvement, or mental health outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc., its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this website, digital workbooks, or community activations. Your interaction with our platform is completely at your own voluntary risk.

9. Governing Law & Binding Remote Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or legal controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, website interaction, or purchases shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, administered under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Remote Entry Allowed: To prevent unnecessary travel and operational burdens, both parties explicitly agree that arbitration proceedings may be conducted virtually, telephonically, or via online document submission by mutual consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. By agreeing to these Terms, you also explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data collection, technical tracking, security, and storage practices outlined in our separate Privacy Policy, which is hereby fully incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Term Modifications
​
LSV reserves the right to modify, adjust, or completely rewrite these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Modified Terms become legally effective immediately upon being posted to this webpage. Your continued use of yourlifestylestrategy.com, myconfidenceblueprint.com and My Confidence Blueprint app following a posted update constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

12. Force Majeure & Platform Outages
 
Lifestyle Strategy Ventures Inc. and its affiliates shall not be held liable or contractually responsible for any delay, failure in performance, down-time, or interruption of service resulting directly or indirectly from acts or events beyond our reasonable control. 

 

This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, public health emergencies, government mandates, internet or telecommunications service provider blackouts, mobile app store disruptions or delivery issues, third-party payment processor failures (including Wix Payments, Stripe, or QuickBooks outages), malicious cyber-attacks, or infrastructure disruptions affecting our primary web hosts. 

 

During a recognized Force Majeure event, our operational obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the disruption.
